We offer complimentary shipping on all Australian orders.
Free shipping applies to international orders over $300.
Shipping is calculated at checkout for all international orders under $300.

 

As we mostly operate on a made to order basis, your items will be shipped after manufacturing is complete.

We’ll notify you when your order is ready to be dispatched and provide tracking information once shipped. All orders are packed and shipped from our studio in Melbourne.

Items available in our core range will be dispatched within 2 days of order.

Delivery time frame is estimated between 2-5 workings days in metro areas. Please allow up to 10 working days in rural or remote locations.
There might be delays to the shipping times during busy periods and holidays, please note the delivery time provided is an estimate only.
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will need to pass on the shipping cost to send it again.
We are not liable for any damages or losses for orders delivered under Authority To Leave.

 

We advise international buyers to enquire about any potential custom clearance fees, duties and taxes payable in the destination country as our invoice will not include such charges and the order might be subject to import fees. Please note, tax and duties are non-refundable upon return of an order.

Delivery time frame for international orders is estimated between 2-3 weeks.

In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
