In case of any problem with the product please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and advise reason for return. You may be asked to provide evidence such as photos or other relevant documents to support your claim for return.

All returns must be sent to our returns address within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns received outside of the policy timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
We can only accept returns and issue a refund or store credit if the products are returned in original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached and accompanied by the original sales receipt. We reserve the right to deny a return if items do not fit the above criteria.
We do not accept responsibility for return parcels lost in transit.
Due to the nature of our made to order business model we are unable to issue refunds for change of mind reasons. We can instead offer you store credit to the value of the purchase (excluding delivery charges). Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Please note, return cost is paid by the customer along with any tax and duties, and it is non-refundable.
However, if you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we will reimburse you for the shipping cost. An item constitutes faulty if it’s not fit for its purpose, not of acceptable quality or different from their description. Items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
Products displayed on our website are the closest and clearest digital reflection of the true physical product. Monitor settings and qualities vary between devices and we cannot be held responsible for any colour difference occurring between the image on your device and the final product.
Once we received your return package, all items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued. Processing time of returns can take up to 7 business days.
